I am a Registered Dietitian who has an undeniable passion for anything and everything to do with food! My greatest interests have been in learning about different foods from all over the world, understanding the cultural and experiential influences that impact what foods we choose, and how food can connect people on so many different levels. I strongly believe that foods are not only meant for nourishing our minds and our bodies, they’re meant to be enjoyed (including cookies!). As a wife and mother, I actively try to instill this balanced food and nutrition approach in my growing family.
The approach I take with my family is the exact same one I take with my clients. I want them to confidently embrace the concept that all foods can fit while empowering them to make informed decisions about the foods they choose for their health and for enjoyment.
Over the years working in various nutrition roles, I have become well-versed in client counseling and consumer engagement. I love helping people achieve their nutrition goals whether they are to gain accurate nutrition knowledge, set personalized health goals, or learn how to incorporate nutrition into a busy lifestyle.
